I don’t believe in offering anything I wouldn’t use myself.

With a background in pharmacy and over five years of experience as a naturopath and herbalist, I’ve always been drawn to understanding the body at a deeper level — not just managing symptoms, but supporting true balance. My journey into natural healing came from a desire to listen to my body, work with nature, and choose gentler, more sustainable ways to care for my health.
